NH90 - Maintenance Dock

The NH90-dock allows you to work all around the helicopter. The aluminium maintenance dock consists of 4 separate sections. All sections can connect but can also be used as standalone sections. Airbus - 330

The aluminium tailor-made scaffolds for the Airbus 330 are mobile scaffolds made to size. For the Airbus 330 landing gear, Custers developed a special aluminium scaffold. Airbus - C295M

Boeing

A sophisticated solution by Custers. Custom-built scaffolds specially designed for Boeing, for maintenance and repair works to the Boeings 737, 747 and 777. The cunningly designed tailor-made scaffolds are comfortable working platforms, tail towers, adjustable mobile access steps, special scissor lifts and aluminium cockpit window docks, which allow safe and stable operations. The aluminium scaffolds are stored in a special casing. This allows for easy transportation of these bespoke aluminium scaffolds, and for easy and quick deployment anywhere in the world. Embraer 145

The aluminium tail dock is the tailor-made scaffold specially developed for the Embraer 145. This is a stable, spacious and safe working platform, allowing aviation personnel to safely and comfortably work on the tail and motor. Falcon 20

Fokker

A mobile, complete tail dock was developed for the Fokker 70-100, equipped with wide access steps, movable platforms and fold-down guardrails.

Alpha Jet

A complete maintenance dock consisting of various individual sections; fully custom-built and made from aluminium. The tailor-made scaffolds for the Alpha Jet can be placed all around the aircraft.

Hercules - C130

The mobile, compact scissor lift has a maximum working height of 6m and provides easy access to the Hercules C130. This aerial lift was developed by Custers; it is tailor-made and fully complies with Health and Safety at work regulations.

The aluminium docks for the C130 are height adjustable. These mobile wing and motor scaffolds with lift table ensure comfortable working circumstances for maintenance staff on the Hercules 130 at any time. For more information please contact us.

Apache

For the Apache fighter helicopter Custers have developed a complete maintenance scaffold dock fully complying with health and safety at work standards. Seven individual sections form this aluminium maintenance scaffold dock, placed all around the helicopter. Chinook

A complete, fully tailor-made aluminium maintenance scaffold deck consisting of five sections. These special scaffolds are placed around the Chinook helicopter so the helicopter is fully enclosed. Our “out-of-area” aluminium maintenance scaffolds are erected/dismantled with little effort and can be easily stored in a transport trolley. The aluminium scaffolds enable quick and easy maintenance operations on site, e.g. at peace missions. F16 Fighter Jet

Custers designed a fully tailor-made maintenance scaffold dock for the F16, compliant with all health and safety at work requirements. The aluminium docks for the F16 are height adjustable and their special design allows them to be placed fully around the aircraft. The mobile, compact scissor lift has a maximum working height of 4.5m and provides easy access to the fighter plane. The painting scaffold, also a special design for the F16, as well as the aluminium access steps for the cockpit and the general-purpose mobile aluminium stairs provide easy and quick access to all sections and parts of the F16. Agusta Westland EH101

The tailor-made maintenance dock Custers developed for the Agusta Westland EH101 consists of seven individual sections, each with a maximum load capacity of 750kg. An all aluminium construction, these scaffoldings have an adjustable height up to 70cm. Like other Custers scaffolds this design can be fully placed around the aircraft. The multifunctional aluminium scaffolds are largely foldable which greatly reduces its transportation dimensions.  Transportation of these aluminium scaffolds will pose no problem whatsoever. Sea King

The Sea King dock is a complete, all aluminium maintenance scaffold dock for the helicopter GKN Westland Sea King. This tailor-made solution by Custers consists of a scaffolding system with sections to the left and right, providing more than easy access to the entire helicopter. SF2560

Custers created a tailor-made solution for the military training aircraft SF260. This fully mobile aluminium work platform consists of a scaffolding system that can be placed all around the aircraft's tail quickly and easily. It guarantees full access to all areas for personnel performing maintenance or repair work on the SF260.

Tailor-made Stairs

Custers designs tailor-made stairs for the aviation industry. All stairways vary in working height, dimensions of platform and access steps, maximum load capacity and transportation size. A fixed or foldable handrail is optional, as are aluminium and/or steel parts.

Other options include choice of floor material, choice of rollability, and the stairs can even be made towable by a vehicle if so desired. All Custers stairways are multipurpose.
